After one year, the National Day season is back again. With around 80 days more to Singapore's 40th birthday bash, Celebrate Singapore 2005, the tickets to the highlight of N-Day celebrations, NDP - Parade@Padang, will be available for balloting from 27 May 2005.
Similar to last year, balloting can be made through telephone, SMS, SAM, AXS and the Internet at the NDP 2005 website (starts only on 27 May). Either 2, 4 or 6 tickets for the Preview on 30 July or the actual NDP on 9 Aug are up for balloting. Each NRIC number can only submit one applications. More details will be released on 27 May.
In addition, Singaporeans can get the NDP funpacks at the 3 Celebration@Heartlands - Yishun, Tampines, Jurong East. These funpacks have to be balloted, just like the NDP and Preview tickets, and either 2, 4 or 6 coupons will be issued for these goodie bags. However, tickets are not required to enter these 3 celebration venues.
